Can I upload sections of WP (Word) files, documents, emails etc., or do I have to type everything into text boxes while creating or doing edits on various information pages?

You can copy/paste from other documents/e-mails to put information on your website. Sometimes pasting directly from WORD will cause problems (word puts extra things in the copy/paste buffer that junk up your content and could cause problems). For this reason, there is a button right next to the PASTE button that is "Paste From Word". If you use that button whenever you paste from WORD, it should be fine.
