I know we already have a flag that indicates the students that plan on attending. However, this does not show who has actually paid to attend. The attend flag right now is controlled thru the student. Is there another flag that allows the admin to show who is paid and attending? We plan on using the Payl integration within the site.

Thanks!

Hi Corey,

When you turn on the Paypal portion that allows classmates to register online it will do two things. It will automatically mark a classmate as attending the reunion if they have registered through the Reunion Planner and it adds details to the Reunion Attendees sub-link within the planner. The Reunion Attendees link has a mini-accounting area to show who had registered and gives you the ability to mark them as paid.

This would make it visible to the admin but I was hoping to have something available for the rest of the user. do you think it is good to have soemthing that says PAID attending and shown to the rest?

Thanks!

Corey

We do not have a "paid" icon slated, but when we get to the make your own icon system you could add one yourself. Not going to fill your immediate need though... If you're interested in what you can do with your own icons in the future though, check out this thread.

Ok. Are we able to control how many tickets a student is allowed to buy? meaning only 1 for them and their significant other ONLY.

Otherwise, if we cannot, we would ask them in the details to provide the other names of people they are buying for and require an email address and phone number of the other graduates they are buying on their behalf.

The current system does not have a "limit" amount built in. You can state the limit, if you have one, in the description editor area above the items. If you need additional information on those attending you can ask for the detail in custom question option inside the reunion planner.
