SKULL ON MOUSE

When you go to Terry's site your cursor shows up with a skull on it. Can anyone tell me how to do that? Please!!!!

It would be helpful if you said who Terry was (maybe a last name), or the actual site you are referring to.

Thanks for the link to dynamic. I just made a trailing effect welcoming the visitors to our site. It amazes me what all is out there to discover, with your help, play with, and impress my classmates. Thank you!
