Once again since being the 'root administrator' I get the question from other administrators Is there no way I can email class members as a group or partial group. Am I restricted to emailing one at a time?

This seems like such an elementary request. Can't you web guys fix this?

Any admin who has been granted admin rights that include Email the Class can email the entire group, selected individuals and/or create mail lists.

I would like to grant another person to be able and work on certain surveys that I have set up. How do I go about getting him on to do the work?

Hi Paula,

It is under Admin Functions > Manage Classmates > Enter/Edit Classmates and then you choose the Details link next to the classmates name you want to grant access to and then scroll down half way down the page to Grant Admin Access check box.
