As the class administrator, I uploaded my class names, addresses, e-mails, etc from an Excel file. Now my classmates have updated this information. How can I get a download of the updated information?

Go to the link Manage Classmates in your administrative functions, and choose "upload or download class list (Excel)." That will take you to the next page.

Find the text box with red border further down the page that says "Download Classmates." Click on the download classmates button.

Once you have downloaded the information to Excel, before you print - you can edit the information, like remove columns you don't want or resize columns, make edits, resize to a smaller font so it will print on one page, change print to landscape, etc.
