The file you attached is already created with transparency (I think that's what you meant instead of crop). Meaning that the background displayed will be whatever is in the background. IOW, if the background was blue, it would be blue.

PNG, GIF and ICO are common formats (off the top of my head) that support transparency, but not JPG (as the image displayed in the forum for your post).

Where did you want to use the image? I think CC supports GIF too.

No it did not fill in the yellow. here is the page I am putting it on.

I opened the pub file you attached, then downloaded the PNG image you had before and inserted the PNG into the pub file (which had it white) and it worked perfectly.

Here's the LINK to the modified file (attaching it here makes it difficult to download).

As you can see in the modified copy, it works perfectly.

Maybe you pasted it instead?
