Is there a way for an admin. to register a classmate, on their behalf, for the Reunion Planner?

Thanks, John

To register a classmate for the reunion, do the following:

Reunion Planner,
Attendees,
Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page
Click on one of the two ADD buttons
Select the classmate from the list
Continue with the registration process and the payment process

Thanks Kyle- My reasons for doing this are 3-fold:
1- We're doing our own Invitation mailing & billing, (outside of CC)
2- Some classmates are not CC members.
3- We want to be able to utilize the Reports & Name Tag function.
I'll work on it.

Kyle- I have not made the Reunion "ON". When I try to register a classmate the only "event" that appears is event #1. We have 3 events planned. If I make the Reunion "ON" will all 3 events appear for registration?
Not sure why I should have to do that when I'm seeing event #1 & am able to register a classmate for that.
How can I make all 3 events appear in the Registration page?

Thanks, John

Event 2 is not active - you cannot register a classmate to a non-active event.

Choose the SHOW MORE button for the event, then "    Active (you can unchecked without losing any information)" checkbox

Eric- I must be missing something. I chose show more button on all 3 events. I then checked Active for all 3 events.
When I try to add (register) another classmate, the screen then shows the classmates name, & the 3 events. There is no option to open any of the events or go to a resistration page.

This option is disabled on all three events:

Enable Registrations, which includes custom questions for this event, such as the names of all attending. (highly recommended)

You cannot register a classmate without "Registration" enabled.

Kyle- I told you I was missing something. Our reunion is a few months away. I wanted to be sure I have an understanding of the process so there's no last minute misunderstandings. I've got a pretty full plate of all the things I've GOT to get done. I'm retired & this reunion has become a full time job.
Just trying to make this milestone reunion something special for everyone.
Many thanks for your help with this. Everything looks OK.

Whatever the reasojn is fine, in my opinion. My reasoing s were many. Some were comp'd, so I listed their payment under 'other'; Others were paid for annonomously, and I didn't want to be obvious or embarrass anyone; still other were teachers who were members of the clergy, so we relied on the generosity of the students to pay for them/ All are working out fine.
