Brad,
I got a notice in the mail today from ICLS.NET, wanting $65.00 for a year of Website Search Engine Listing...
My class's domain name is at the top of the paper, which concerned me.

But, I don't want to send them any money, right ?
When I developed my site, I paid money for 2 years, which will be up Sept. 2010.

Hi Lynda,

That is a scam and not related to your class site or domain name. Do not pay them and toss the letter. Unfortunately there are several companies out there that try to scam domain owners by sending out notices that look like invoices.
