Your second photo was referencing a photo on the server that does not exist, so I deleted it for you. If you want some other photo down there try uploading it again.

Sure, we'll add a little color picker that will allow you to choose the background color for your Announcement Board. Or type in your own hexadecimal color value if you know it. Good suggestion. It'll be several weeks before the programmers get to this task, but it's now officially on "the list."
