We have invited, by extending administrative rights, two very detail oriented classmates to fill in classmate details (email and address info). They asked the question: Is there a way to verify/know who enters the information so we/they can go back to check original records?
Also:
We have selected the button that does not allow anyone but administrators to see the info as we want classmates to register not seeing the admin entered data. When a classmate registers, if there are differences in the info provided, does the admin entered data or the student entered data take precedent?
Does the program just verify the entered info? Is there a notice if the data is different?

No there is currently no notation of which Admin entered which Classmate record. Although you could put that information in the "Notes" section of each Profile if you wish, which only Admins can see.

Classmate-entered information will always override Admin-entered info. For instance if you have a street address on file that's old (and you don't know it) and now the Classmate comes along and joins the site and changes that street address, only the newly entered street address is retained.

The system doesn't really verify anything other than proper syntax (on email addresses) and that required fields are completed. There is no notice if the Classmate enters information different from the Admin except under one circumstance and that's a name change. If a Classmate joins and changes his or her name to anything different from what the Admin had originally entered, a Name Change Notification is sent to specified Administrators.
