It's nice to have the option not to see the yellow highlights profile update notice again but when you've seen one such notice, you've seen them all. I suggest that this only be displayed once to the user, not for every single profile looked at that was updated. But I do understand that would take a different kind of trigger to stop showing the hint anytime further for anybody, rather than on a per-profile basis.
