A past student forgot their password how can we reset their account without deleting it. Is there such a feature and if not can we have that please!! It would make my work lighter

It is already there. Have them click on HOME. In the top-left, login area, there is a link to click on if you forgot your password. It will bring up a new screen where they enter their e-mail address and click OK. Then they will get an e-mail telling them what the password is.

Thanks Kyle. You can also change a Classmate's password in the Edit Classmate Details screen. You can't actually see the current password, nor will you see the new password when you type it in (this is for security purposes), but you can in fact change the password for the Classmate.
