Either way.. I know of no way to embed it in a web page, unless you can figure out a way to convert it to flash video, mpeg, quicktime, etc...

Video_TS is a consumer DVD format. I.E. that's not going to work on the web. You need to convert that video to a web format. If you want to get all technical, the process of converting a consumer DVD to another video format is called demultiplexing. So what you need is some demultiplexer software to do this for you. Try searching Goolg,e there are several programs out there that do this. Even better, track down the original source of the video and get that. I.E. the native format the video was in before it because a consumer DVD.
