Change Design Not Working

I have not been able to Change Designs anymore. The last I tried (very recently), I deleted the existing design, but the new background did not show up. I tried two browsers and several photos, but no luck. Any advice for getting that part of our website back up and running.

Same bug reported a short time ago. The background somehow is not being saved. Instead it's an invalid image This is yours "/000/4/9/2/13294/3.jpg?c=418"

Jack is right - I can't find the image on the server https://www.marshallmavs.com/000/4/9/2/13294/3.jpg?c=418 goes nowhere. Do you have the file you can upload here so I can test this further for you? Jessica
