One of the classmates has a new e-mail address and has forgotten their password used with their old e-mail address. When they click "forgot password" the new password is e-mailed to old e-mail address and they cannot get the new password to get in. How can this be resolved?

The Admin logs in, goes to Manage Classmates, Enter/Edit Classmates, DETAILS for the forgotten password classmate, then change their primary email address. Then you can do the FORGOT PASSWORD or enter a new password for the classmate.
