One our admin's keep getting this. I can log in. What should I do?

"Ray,
I keep getting window that says:

Temporarily Unavailable. Quick system update underway. Check back in 5 mins. If you are seeing this message beyond the time noted hit the F5key on your keyboard or the shift key and refresh/reload option on your browser. I hit the F5 key but nothing happened. Where is the refresh/reload option on my browser and what is my browser?"

First, a browser is any program that allows you to surf the internet. So Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari, are 4 of the most popular browsers. If you are using a Windows computer, it is likely you are using Internet Explorer by default. If the F5 key didn't refresh the page,
you may need to go to your tools menu on the browser and go through the functions there to clear the cache. To make everything a bit faster, browsers store some websites in a cache. That must be cleared to get the most recent website page.
