Adding a photo to a Message

Good Afternoon, Sometimes when I try adding a photo to a message the photo loads rotated to the left 90 degrees!! The photo is correctly positioned on my PC but not on the CC website? Any Hints on how to fix this?

Whenever I use Windows photo to rotate an image I always save a copy as a new name because it doesn't seem to rotate the original - just the view on the machine. I've emailed images I thought were rotated and they weren't until I saved the copy in a new name.
