I'm fairly sure that we may have one or two "late payers" who will pay by credit card within 10 days of the reunion. I hold the designated bank account to receive the CC payments. I'd like confirmation that should someone pay late, I can "cover" that payment from my bank account - so the venue can get paid - AND that once those late funds are cleared, I can still transfer them to my account (to reimburse myself) even if that happens after the reunion date. Yes you can withdrawal after the event date. The only deadline is if you set a deadline for payment they won't see the payment options beyond your registration deadline so make sure that date includes any dates you are willing to accept payments through. We've had some admin allow users to pay at the event by just having a laptop there for them to register online right there so you can make the payment deadline right up until the day of the event.
