When I look at What's New, it says I have 1 alert (see the attached photo).
From my iPad, I tried clicking on it and the down arrow beside the message, but nothing happens. I'm not near a PC for the next couple of weeks so don't know if this is "clickable" or not.

Can anyone explain what the alert entails as I don't believe I have ever had one before. Thanks, Bob.

It is a MOUSE-OVER event, so it doesn't work on an iPad because clicking the MOUSE-OVER item does nothing.

On a PC, when you place the mouse over the ALERTS, it shows "2 email bouncebacks", which you can already see on your HOME PAGE.
