Hello --

Downloading the Class List is great, and I use it regularly for a quick scan of the overall status of the class.

At this time, the download does not contain all the fields of information that are on a person's Details.

Specifically, the download does not currently include:
Alternate Email
Joined The Site On (date)
Show On Class List
Admin Notes

As an example, I want to send an e-mail out to those people who joined up, and then haven't logged in since that date. If the "Joined The Site On" field were there, this would be easy.

Similarly, if the Admin Notes could be downloaded, I could use that text box for notes on a classmate that currently I keep in a separate database.

When the Cell Phone field was added recently to the Detail information, that was included in the download... so I'd like to assume that adding the other fields would not difficult.

Hi Fred,

I'll check with the programmers to see if we can get those other fields added. Admin notes is there. It is called Classmate Notes on the download. I will have them make the title consistent on that field.

Classmate Notes (Column T) when using Excel shows the Admin Notes.

I agree it would be nice to have those other three fields.

From the date on this post, I see, its been a year. I too am interested in the ;Joined The Site On' stats. It would really be helpful to see how many have joined since our last reunion, and also to let the regular users of the site know that new classmates have joined and can be welcomed via emails.
Any chance this is in the works??
