I want to have a page where I can archive our reunion committee meeting minutes and have them only available to committee members. Can I do that?

Assuming that your Committee Members are also ADMINS, you can create an Admin Forum and give it the topic of "Reunion Meeting Minutes" and then post those minutes there. You can also create a User Forum entry and password protect the forum, but then your classmates might think that you have something to hide because they wouldn't know the password.
