I have a classmate who is getting the following error message when she tries to log: "Diagnosis Problem exists."

At first she told me she forgot her password so I assigned her another. I can sign on under her email address (jggejg@aol.com)and with the new password (Titans), but she can't. Please help.

Thanks,
Carole

That is not an error message that I recognize from our system. Does that message display within your site template when it comes up?

I don't know what you mean by "my site template."

I can log on with the email address and password without any error message but she receives the error message.

By site template I am referring to your website design.

I would say try another Browser. Chrome works best...

Thanks for the suggestions. I will pass them on but . . .

The web site design has been the same since the beginning when she could sign on.

As for trying another browser, why would that suddenly make a difference?

I'm at a loss as I can sign on, too, with her info.

Different Browsers could re-act differently. Is she using the new browser from Microsoft called Edge?? Is she using the same browser she used since the beginning when she could sign on?
