Is there a way to subscribe monthly as opposed to yearly? We have a very small class and after having the website for a year have only 17 out of 52 to log on. We are planning a reunion for the end of June & would like to keep the website active until then, to see if we get more classmates to join. If not, we'll probably not keep it going for just 17 people. Is there a way to subscribe for 4 more months & what would the cost be?

Just go to your SUBSCRIPTION page and change your billing method to Monthly. Then after your reunion if you don't want the website any more, just say "Do not bill on 03/25/10 and let my account expire." (the date will be the date your website will expire) Right now, your website is set up to expire in three days. If you just click the Monthly, it will only charge your credit card $9.00 for one month and will continue to bill it one month at a time. NOTE: I am still researching this answer...

I don't see a monthly option. Even if I click on Add Time, it only gives me 1,3,5 & 10 year options. Maybe I'm overlooking something.

There is an internal switch that I can flip for you to change you over to a Monthly renewal program. Let me know if you want me to flip the switch and change you to a Monthly renewal program.

Hi, Kyle, Would flip the switch for me too? I want to pay for one more month, then we will probably go for the whole year - or more - because we've started collecting money. I just don't want to run out of subscription time before the new money comes in. Thanks.

Regina, You are already on a MONTHLY subscription. When you desire to save a little money, go to your SUBSCRIPTION link and click the ADD TIME button. You can then change to a yearly or multi-year subscription to save some money.

Regina, You are on AUTO-RENEW, you don't need to do anything.

Regina, If you noticed at the bottom of your Subscription page, it gives you the option to add more file vault space. The reason is because you have added too many MP3 files to your File Vault. When I checked, I saw this list: 10289.mp3 12/01/11 4,756 KB If you wanted to delete some of these (only delete the MP3 files you aren't using in the WIDGET/Music Player), go to Edit Site Pages, Edit home Page, then click on the LINKS button, then the File Vault button. You can then delete the non-needed files in your file vault.

Is there a way to switch over my subscription to monthly? The montly is not showing as an option on my add time. I know it's up in a few days, but I am going to try and get donations going forward instead of paying for a full year. Thanks! Terri

OK, you are switched back to monthly. When you want to switch back to yearly, just click the ADD TIME button on the SUBSCRIPTION link
