Here is the AOL bounce. I thought this problem had been resolved but maybe not. The email address has been deleted to protect the innocent.

The relevant portion of the bounce message is the line "Recipient address rejected: aol.com" near the end. That line is telling you that the reason the bounce happened is because the email address to which you were sending is not valid. The rest is just informational.

Thanks, I sent her an email outside the web site a few days ago so she must have changed it since. Email changes seem to be happening a lot recently because of spam, hacking, etc.

So would we get a similar ".....rejected, etc..." message from a school or company employee email server? Have received a few from those sources as bounce backs. Just wondering.

Typically, email servers which have been sent messages for email accounts or addresses which do not exist on those servers return a bounce message to the sender. Our system directs those bounce messages to a file which is then processed so that relevant bounce messages to your site can be displayed to you within the site.
