Is there a way to see who's online now in our website? I can see the last login of members from the link on the admin "statistics" page, but that doesn't tell us who is online now.

You mentioned "preferences". I can't find this. Where do I look?

Only your Root Administrator, Marilyn, can see the Preferences link.
