Question about chat-forum

I would like to add a chat forum to our site. I went to chat-forum and got their email nack. I was told to copy the everything at the bottom of the email. I made a link for the left hand side of the screen for the chat room and pasted the link under Edit Site Pages, but when I open it, it doesn't take me to a chat room. Can someone explain this to me SLOWLY? Thanks, Ann

Hi Ann, When I click on the chat page it loads in Java and loads right away.
