I have an AIFF audio file that I would like put on our website. Can I use AIFF or does it need to be converted to another file format?

You can embed the AIFF file but it won't work for a number of people. You'd be better off converting the AIFF to a WAV file and embedding that instead. An embedded WAV file will play for virtually everyone.
