I created a page using the Survey Maker (Reunion Attendees) but it is requiring a password, which it shouldn't. I initially set it up for Admin only before making it live but it still requires logging in before viewing it. Could you take a look and see what's going on.

Surveys ALWAYS require a classmate to be logged in because they are meant for classmates only to view. If you want the page to be viewable by anyone, it should be on one of your Customizable Pages

Right. If Surveys were seen by the public, somebody may attempt to fill it out and submit it. Or a non-logged in Classmate may try, and then be required to log in in order to submit the survey. It's better overall to only show the survey to logged in members.
