It's been so long since I've seen this feature on our website, I'm not sure if we have it and I'm not seeing where to turn it on or if the type website we have doesn't qualify??

Depends on whether you have a Premium or Platinum plan.

Currently, Live Chat and Instant Messaging are reserved for the Platinum plans: Your text to link here.... We have the Premium plan, but still have Live Chat capability, I think as a legacy function, since we're an older site. Since your site is also older, if you have the Premium plan, you might also have Live Chat capability.

To see if you currently have Instant Messaging or Live Chat capabilities, under Admin Functions > Edit Site Pages look for a cog shape icon next to these features. Click on Edit Link, then check the Active box to activate.

If your site has a Premium Plus or Platinum subscription, Instant Messaging is enabled with a Preferences option.

We have the Premium plan. We have IM but not Chat. Thanks anyway!

Chat is called "Live Chat" and can be found between "MILITARY TRIBUTE" and "Message Forum" in your left-side menus.
