How many Admin are allowed?

Currently we have 1 admin and 2 co-admin. We are adding another school for our 30th reunion and would like to add a couple of more admin to help load names, update website and create surveys. The Grant Admin doesn't show up for the person we want to add. Thanks, Berta

There is no limit on co-admins. The root admin is the one who can add the new co-admin.

Under your Admin Functions, Manage Classmates/ENTER/EDIT CLASSMATES and select Details for classmate of interest. Towards bottom of page check Grant Admin Access:. Select appropriate permissions. Be sure to save your changes.

Only the Root Admin (or someone they have given access to the feature) can grant admin rights to someone else.
