We are trying to come up with an easy way to have classmates fill in a biograhical sheet. Is there a software program that allows the classmate to fill in the sheet on the internet and then email it to a coordinator. That would certainly be easier. The ones without emai could do the old way and mail it in. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Why not use your Survey Maker? Don't let the name fool you. The Survey Maker is just a form generator. You can generate a form for any purpose you want, including this purpose. In fact if you can avoid using any type of dropdown menus in your biographical form, you could pretty easily print out the form and send it to Classmates who are unable to respond online.
