Is this glitch site-wide? When will notifications start being received? My classmates are restless & assume I control email notifications. Info appreciated - thank you.

I do not know. It is system-wide and not just your site. I believe all that is necessary is a restart of the script that runs to produce the messages. I have reported it to the programmers.
