Hi Debbie.... I've found this one to be about the best out there, although it does cost $29.00 per year, but they give you the first month free as a trial period to see if you like it. You have your choice of many designs, the "thermometer" type being one of them. It links right up to your Paypal account. http://www.donationstracker.com/ Good Luck....... -Doug
