I am helping another person set up her website. She is not receiving notices when a classmate joins her site. She can't figure out how to subscribe to classmate profiles. How do you do that if you are the admin?

Click the Profile Subscription link under Member Functions, then click the names of the classmates to whose profiles you wish to subscribe.

As for the email notifications, be sure to check your spam/junk mail folders, just in case the messages are being filtered by your email provider.
