Help! One of my classmates is listed as a bounceback. She said she has followed all the directions for correcting it. It is not working. Her email addess is working when I email her directly from my personal email. She said: I'm so aggravated. I've tried to fix the problem for five days now and nothing is working. If nothing else, just take me completely off and I will rejoin. That's all I can figure. Sorry. Elaine What can I do now? Should I manually delete her bounceback notice. Should I cancel her profile and have her rejoin? Thanks, Joan
