Photo Icons Missing from Profile Page

On our Classmate Profile page, most (but not all) of the profiles are missing an icon indicating that the profile contains photos. Since most of the profiles contain a photo from the senior-class yearbook, I think that the photo icon should be there. Am I wrong?

The camera icon indicates that the Classmate him or herself has upload Profile photos. An Administrator adding the Classmate's Yearbook Photo in the Yearbook Photo slot will not trigger the camera icon to display.
