Hi,

The original person who set up our site has asked me to be the site administrator and she gave me access through her e-mail and password. Unfortunately, I can not sign on with my original e-mail and password.

What can we do? Does the original administrator have to ditch her account since I am listed as the site admin on her profile but my name is nowhere, unless you want to send an e-mail under contact us, then it comes to me.

Help! I know I am not explaining this at all but it's a mess.

See this comes up as Kim Craven....it should be Kathy Sumner Reid.

Sign onto your site as the previous root admin. Go to the preferences link under Admin Functions and change the root admin to your true self. Scroll to the bottom and Save. You don't need to delete the account of the previous root admin.
