I am having a problem resizing my photos when I am trying to insert new photos. I need some instruction
on using the Image Properties feature.
I read the notation for AOL users and tried Internet
Explorer on another computer when I could not successfully resize using AOL. The results were the same. I haven't been able to "lock in" the size I want.

If you try to upload an image to your site that is too large to fit on your page, our system will automatically detect and reduce the size of your image for you to fit. That may be what you're seeing.

The best thing you can do though, is size your image to the size you want it before you upload it in the first place. That way resizing of images is not necessary at all. Resizing images in your editor, or in your source code, is far less preferable than simply uploading an already correctly sized image.
