Hey Brad, I'm an administrator for our class website and I'm not sure how to re-set someone's password. Do I just delete the password on the users profile? Thanks for the help and Happy Holidays! Berta

I've had to do this just a few times. Delete their password then create one of your own for them. Give them their "new" password, maybe by phone or some secure way. They can then use that to access the site and create a new password of their own. Happy holidays and good luck with your site. Tam

I do the same thing...go into manage classmates, manually, classmate details and change the password to something common....maybe the name of your year book or class mascot something like that.... Then I e mail the classmate that information and have them sign back in and go to change password and do it all over again... Good luck...JIM

There's also a "Forgot Password?" in the "Returning Users: Log On" box. That will remind the classmate of his/her password. I've tried it and it works!
