I have a classmate who would like to "Post a Comment" on a classmate's Profile Page so that all of our other classmates can read it. However, the long gray horizontal rectangular box that says "Post a Comment on (name's) Profile" does not appear on his screen. I can see it on my computer, so I know it should be visible to him. Can you give us some insight or advice?

Hi Linda,

Classmates have the ability to not allow posts on the profiles. Without knowing the names involved you would need to go check the same classmates profile to see if you see a box to post on that page. If you do and they are not seeing the box to post then we would need more information to trouble shoot further - if you can find out the operating system and browser type and version for the person trying to post we can see if we can recreate it.
