Wrong Photo Shown as Cover in Gallery

In my Photo Gallery "Reunion Breakfast" the photo shown on the cover is wrong. That photo was not taken at the breakfast and needs to be deleted. It is not in the photos for the breakfast and it does not show on the cover page I created which now shows as page 2. I don't know where to look to delete this photo of a teacher and one of our classmates that was taken at the Reunion Event on Sat. night. Your help would be appreciated. Thank you,

Hi Roberta, The photo on the Reunion Breakfast cover is included in the Reuion Breakfast photos - third row down - second one over. Jessica
