For all you admins; I share our frustration with Class Creator !!

I have been trying to get root admin changed to myself, so we can have a reunion next year.
I emailed and spoke with support twice. Kate Gallo said she emailed to allow myself to take over root admin. She is not able to continue due to her health.
We NEED HELP !!
as the site is USELESS to us as is!!!

Hi Richard,

We don't have any communication from Kate Gallo. Her last email to us was from March 2016 regarding a domain name renewal. We are unable to change the root admin status without the permission of the Root Admin. You can have her email us at info@classcreator.com

The Root Admin can change it themselves under their own login by going to Admin Functions > Preferences and then choosing another Root Admin from the list of site admins they have assigned.
