I think that it would be helpful to include the reunion attendees phone number in their registration. Most of the time I have to call a person because they didn't complete the registration process, they didn't add any items to their cart, or whatever. I have to get out of the reunion planner go to Manage Classmates, look them up, go back to reunion planner, find their name, etc. Would be really handy to have the phone number in their registration record. Thanks.

Rather than navigating back and forth another option you might want to consider is downloading the class list to an Excel spreadsheet from which you can get the phone number.

In my system phone book, I created a reunion folder with all my classmates in it. So I could access classmate info very quickly.

Will include phone number directly in registration, good idea.
