Hi

Need help in understanding the dates on our website renewals.

I am reading it as that we have:

1. Subscription is due on 9/2/2024 (what does this cover please?)
2. Domain name renewal on 5/11/2024
3. Secure certificate on 2/25/2025

Is this correct?

These are simply the dates your subscription, domain name, and secure certificate expire. You must renew them by these dates or your subscription, domain name, and secure certificate will no longer be in effect.

Your subscription includes everything you need to create pages, send class-wide emails, and have the amount of storage your plan gives you.

Your domain name is the address (URL) of your site.

The secure certificate allows all your pages to show as being "Secure" no matter where a user is on your site.
