I just moved up to Platinum a couple days ago. The red Instant Messenger bar shows up in the lower right corner and always shows only one member (me)online. The same with the Who's Online box. But when I look at Statistics or my StatCounter it appears that one or more other members were also online at the same time I was. Why are their names not showing? Thanks.

They may have chosen the Hide My Name option in the Who's Online Now box.

Thanks, Joe. It seems to be working okay now. I just had 3 people online and it showed in both places. Maybe with other we were coming and going at the exact time. Thanks.
