We've had our purchase area set up for about a month. We heard this week from our classmate with the bank acct. that no deposits had been made - not even the "two small amts." we learned we were to verify. The numbers appear to be correct. Any suggestions?

According to the system, 2 deposits were successfully initiated for Routing Number ending in 269 on 09/07/10 7:15 PM. These should appear in your account in 5 Business days, by 09/15/10. Requests made after 3:00 PM EST add one day to the process.

If you verify that these deposits were indeed not made, then you can begin the process again by switching the settings to Check disbursement, Save the page, and then go back and reselect e-Check and input the checking account and routing numbers again.

But please double check the bank account first and be sure that the account is indeed a checking account, and that the setting you are selecting for the account is a Checking Account.

I've verified that nothing hit the account since it's been opened. So are these initial transfer $ lost and not able to be recovered?

I'm waiting for a second confirmation on numbers to try your tip ... but wondering if it's not easier to have a check cut.

You can switch to checks at any time under the Reunion Planner > Edit option.

Hopefully this next set goes through to you. It is possible there was a typo or two numbers reversed. Submitting again lets us verify if it is your bank not allowing the deposits or another issue with the first atttempt.
