I'm trying to build a 2 level menu, which I've done before. But this time there are padlock symbols in some of the links and I cannot move the link up/down or left/right. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Even though you see the padlock icon telling you that a page is restricted, that shouldn't stop you from moving a page up/down/sideways.

I've noticed that response time and page load time has been significantly slower for the last two weeks, with longer pages taking as much as 10 seconds to load. Until the entire Edit Site Pages is fully loaded, those moves won't work. And 8-10 seconds seems like a long time when you're looking at the line you want to move but the bottom of the page farther down hasn't loaded yet.

Then too, some systems were "Down for Scheduled Maintenance" tonight. Even now, the forums are not fully loading as they should. Whatever led to that may have contributed to the problem you saw.
