I am having a problem uploading my csv file. I get the response "Done" "0" uploaded. I have tried everything I can think of. Can some look at my file to see the problem?

If you have used the template that is downloaded from our system via Manage Classmates > Upload Classmates > Download Template... you MUST be sure to NOT change anything in the header row of the template. Doing so will cause an error in the upload process.
