We just completed a reunion and a co-administrator posted a survey. I can't respond to it and neither can others. Can you check it out please?

I see you added questions to the page, but not in the correct way. You added your questions in the content area, however there is a button at the bottom of the page that says Add A Question. You need to use that for adding each question of your survey as well as choose an answer type when setting up your questions. You can choose from Radio Buttons, Dropdown List, Checkboxes, Yes or No, Short text field or Comment Box.
