Is there a way that I can setup the Profile or a Survey which would ensure that everyone who is registered on the site, would complete all of the questions required to register their pets at the time they setup their profiles? When new residents move in, we can easily get them to register the pets, but for residents who have been here awhile we cant seem to enforce it. So thinking that if they must answer the question and it is no, at least we have this recorded.
Any ideas on how to do this? Hope this makes sense..

Basic contact information is required to join the site. Users are directed to complete a profile, however, they can join without completing it. If you add the question as a required question under Profile Generator they would need to answer the question in order to complete/submit their profile.
